Shannon
R. Wisenbarger - Head Veterinary
Technician/Practice Manager
Shannon
previously worked at Broadway
Veterinary
Hospital
between
May 1993 and December 2007 when she and the rest of the
staff from Broadway launched Concord
Chapel Animal Hospital.
She
graduated from Northern
Virginia
Community College
with an
Associates degree in Animal
Science/Veterinary Technician.
She became a
licensed veterinary technician both in
Virginia
and Ohio.
Shannon
also achieved a B.S.
degree in Animal Science in
1999 from The Ohio State University. She
has worked in the veterinary field since 1984, and her
experience has been invaluable as
Shannon
knows the inner workings of our hospital better than
anybody. Shannon stays busy keeping
up with her Miniature Schnauzer, Logan, involved in
obedience and agility trials, two cats (Huckleberry and
Alli), and a yellow-naped Amazon parrot named Zach.
Shannon lives in
Grove City
with her husband, Roger, and their three-year-old
son, William. She enjoys outdoor
activities with her family and pets.

Carla
Lacy - Veterinary Assistant
Carla
was born and raised in the Blue Ridge Mountains of
North Carolina
. Before moving to
Ohio
in 2002, Carla was the animal shelter manager for a
humane society in
North Carolina
for ten years. She has been working
as a VETERNARY
ASSISTANT
since 2002. As her previous
experience is evidence, Carla has a passion for unwanted
and lost pets. She joined our team in
September of 2005. She owns six cats
(Lucas, Freeway, Kiwi, Peach, Sweeet Pea, and Sophie)
and two dogs, Lila and Gertie. She
enjoys listening to different kinds of music and her
hobbies include cooking and scrapbooking.

Deb
Thomas - Receptionist
.
Deb
has lived in Grove City
since 1979. She and her husband
Daryl have two grown children, Dustin and Danielle.
Deb is our "jack-of-all-trades" staff
member, and has done a little bit of everything.
It is a bonus for the clinic to have her employed
here as she seems to know everybody in
Grove City
Ohio! She has a passion for
Miniature Schnauzers and the hospital's mascot cat,
Jonah. Deb greatly enjoys gardening,
landscape and interior design, watching movies, talking
to people and being involved in drama ministry at her
church. |

Becky
Davis - Veterinary Technician
.
Becky
joined our team in April of 2007. She graduated
from Columbus State Community College with a Veterinary
Technician degree
in March 2007. Also, she acquired a Bachelors of
Science in Agriculture from The Ohio State University in
1982. She also has two years of schoolwork applied
toward a Masters degree in Equine Nutrition.

Becky
brings a lot of veterinary experience with her,
having worked in the field for 30 years, mostly as a veterinary
assistant and animal caretaker.
Eighteen of those 30 years were spent working for the
OSU Veterinary Teaching Hospital.

Becky
lives in Hilliard on five acres ,in the country
with her fifteen-year-old daughter Katie. Katie
stays busy playing golf, softball, and the viola.
They have two cats, a calico named Amber and a tortie
named Hazel. Becky enjoys needlework, reading
(mostly fantasy), and gardening. She loves hiking
in the Canadian Rockies, her most favorite place on the
planet. When she is not driving her daughter Katie
to all of her many activities, she also enjoys sitting
on the front porch with her kitties.

Dawn
G. Hudson - Veterinary Technician
.
Dawn
has been part of the team that makes up Concord
Chapel Animal Hospital since
January of 2005. First as part of the staff at
Broadway Veterinary Hospital until we moved to create
Concord
Chapel Animal Hospital.
She
is originally from Florida where she graduated from
Pensacola Junior College with an Associated
degree in Biology.
After moving to Ohio in 2001 she graduated from
Columbus State Community College with an Associates
degree in Animal Technology.
Dawn has been working in the veterinary field since 2000
and as a Registered
Technician since
2004. She lives just outside of Grove City
with her husband Josh and their three cats (Ashley, Buzz
and K.W. - short for Kenwood). When Dawn is not
working either here at Concord
Chapel Animal Hospital or
her other job at IDEXX Laboratories, she
is usually at home taking care of her yard, watching
scary movies, visiting with friends or simply just
taking it easy.
Wanda Hogan Aycock - Receptionist
.
Wanda
enjoys working at the front desk and offers kindness to
everyone in person and over the phone. She
graduated from Ohio Dominican University with a degree
in business and has owned her own business for 19 years.
She is active with Bible Study Fellowship International.
She also works with three year olds at her church.
In her spare time, she enjoys scrapbooking and reading a
great book. Wanda enjoys spending time with her husband,
three daughters, two parakeets, three cats and dog.
They have lived in Grove City, Ohio since 1998.
Julie
Jones - Receptionist
Julie
has the unique ability to remain calm under pressure and
everyone who comes in contact with her gets the
opportunity to experience her gentle spirit and loving
attitude. Julie lives in Grove City and is dedicated to
being a great wife and mother and is very active in her
church. |

Trina
Daniels - Veterinary Receptionist
.
Trina
has received veterinary care for her pets from Drs.
Lauron and Kerr for many years before joining the Concord
Chapel Animal Hospital team
in March of 2007. She adds excellent customer service
skills to the front desk. Trina has a background in
marketing and began studying holistic nutrition in 1996
and is currently working on her Master's degree in this
area. She greatly enjoys photography, writing, spending
time with her dogs, friends and family, cooking, movies
and music. Trina lives in Grove City with her husband
Marty and their dog, Nedd.
